Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Anak company ("Anak", "we") collects, uses and protects data when you use the Anak job-application sending service and connect your Google account.

Data we collect

• Order data: your name and order reference, your CV (PDF), your cover letter and the list of target companies.
• From your Google account: your email address and account identifier, and authorization tokens that allow sending email on your behalf.
• Sending log: recipient company, time of sending, result, and the message ID returned by Gmail.

Google permissions we request

• gmail.send: only to send your job applications, from your account, to the companies you requested.
• openid, email: to identify the connected address and match it to your order.

We do not request permission to read, modify or delete your email, and we cannot see messages in your mailbox. We never ask for or store your Gmail password.

How we use data

• The send permission is used only to send the applications you requested, one separate message per company.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
• We do not use data obtained from Google APIs to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Our staff do not access your Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Anak's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

Your messages are sent only to the companies you requested. We use a cloud hosting provider to run the service and store data. We do not share Google user data with any other party unless required by applicable law.

Storage and security

• Authorization tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256 and never shown in operator interfaces or logs.
• All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
• Data is stored on cloud servers in the European Union (the Netherlands).
• Access is restricted to authorized operators.

Retention and deletion

• When you disconnect your mailbox, we revoke the authorization with Google and delete the tokens immediately.
• You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
• You can request deletion of your data, CV and sending log by contacting us.
